Echelbarger Investments, LLC is a family run land development company. It was started by Mike Echelbarger, whose father, Dean Echelbarger, was also a land developer and whose grandfather, Leo Echelbarger, was an original Alderwood Manor pioneer.

We are have been in the business of creating single-family home sites, planned unit developments (PRD's), and retail and service buildings for over 25 years.

We specialize in the undeveloped areas of Snohomish County, Alderwood Manor, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Bothell and Mill Creek.
